Click to call activation error called multiple times

I cloned the project Develop Cloud-Telephony Integration (CTI) app for Freshdesk
then ran according to your example.
When I click to call trigger, the problem is that the event is called many times, sometimes 3, sometimes 4…

  1. First I go to the contacts list screen
  2. Then I search

  1. I select the contact after searching

  2. After selecting, I click on the Call button, the problem occurs when I click on it:

  • The event is called 3

    times, and I don’t want this to happen, is there any way to fix it, because it will affect the processing after I connect to call out
  • If I’m still in that screen and reload the page, I click on the Call button, this time it will only call once.

=> What I want is that the first time clikToCall doesn’t call so many triggers.

I believe you are referring to a deprecated tutorial of CTI app on Freshdesk.

Can you try cloning this sample app - GitHub - freshworks-developers/cti-tutorial-freshdesk: Resource of CTI app development with Freshdesk tutorial and try running it? This should help you resolve as it’s in the latest platform version too.
