Cti_global_sidebar access tickets and contacts

how can i access tickets and contacts, i use cti_global_sidebar ?

are you trying to access the contacts/ tickets from the cti_global_sidebar placeholder?
if so you can archive it via API’s
or Events Methods

you are able to create a ticket using the create ticket API , or create contact API
