are using Freshdesk extensively and have taken a closer look at the “Required Fields Validator” app, as it fits our functional requirements very well.
However, we currently see an issue with the app: the validation and notification texts shown to agents are displayed in English only. Since we mainly work with German-speaking agents, this is not ideal for our day-to-day operations. As far as we can tell, the app does not offer language options or the ability to define custom texts.
We would very much like to use this app and therefore wanted to ask whether one of the following options could be made available:
- Providing the app code to us so that we can adapt the displayed texts ourselves, or
- Enabling customization within the app itself, so that the validation messages can be freely configured (e.g. custom text or localization).
We believe this would significantly increase the usability of the app for non-English-speaking teams.
