Different responses for same api

i am hitting an endpoint , where it is returning the status code 200 and a response from postman and from app it is returning 403

i am hitting this endpoint using request template.

i have cross verified it. i.e i have called the api from postman seeing the structure from the logs.

i don’t think we need to whitelist any domain for freshdesk fdk version 2.3.

i am very curious to know , how can this happen .

any help and leads will be helpful
