Does Freshservice Change Management Support an OnConversationCreate Handler?

Hello Team,

We’re developing Azure DevOps plugins with Freshservice Change Management. In our app, we’re syncing conversations between Freshservice Changes and Azure DevOps—both from Freshservice to Azure DevOps and vice versa.

However, we need an onConversationCreate handler similar to other handlers available in Freshservice Changes. We checked the Freshworks documentation but couldn’t find any handler related to triggering actions when a conversation is created in Freshservice Changes.

Can anyone confirm whether such a handler exists or if it’s not currently available?
