Facing Issue in Creating tickets with attachments in serverless apps using API

Hi @channel,

We have a scenario where we need to create a ticket in Freshdesk using another ticket’s conversation.
But Attachments are not supported in Request API as it has restriction in the payload size. So we have used Unirest library to create a ticket with attachment by refering this below solution in our community.

But still i have facing the issues as { message: “We’re sorry, but something went wrong.” }
Please let us know how we can solve this ?
