1. Addition of upcoming Freshcaller product events & payload - onCallCreate and onCallUpdate
2. Freshchat product events field renamed id → conversation_id for onConversationCreate.json,onConversationUpdate.json,onMessageCreate.json, field additions can be noted in onUserCreate.json, onUserUpdate.json payloads as well
