Find which support portal a particular Solution article belongs

Hi Team,

We are currently using a Public app in Freshchat “Support Article Search” which helps the Agent to search solution articles from the Freshdesk. The issue is that the customer has multiple portals/products, and certain solution articles are only available for a particular portal. When the Agent in Freshchat searches for articles and tries to share a related article with the end user, it generates the URL with the main agent domain URL which the end-user doesn’t have access.
Is there any way to generate the solution article URL based on the customer portal domain to which the user has access?

I hope it is not possible, you can’t generate URL base on customer portal
