Freshcaller Custom App Log Not visible - App working fine

I have created a custom app for fresh caller and published it in freshcaller account
Custom app is for checking whether phone number is exist in Freshdesk I have checked it using API
App is working fine in local and live, butnot able to view the log.

We have tried the solution that already mentioned in another thread by saving the routing automation in freshcaller workflow, app is working fine but call logs are not getting generated in freshcaller.
