Where can i find the documentation for the Freshservice app location - new_service_request_sidebar?
The only mention seems to be in the update FDK v6.5.2 - Enhancements to iparams, product event payload changes, support for upcoming multi-product app feature
Hello @Lili, there currently is not a specific placeholder for the new_service_request_sidebar in Freshservice. All we have available is the new_ticket_sidebar placeholder.
Would be nice to have one when raising a new service request!
