Getting error with accessing the entity storage from the customer portal app in Freshdesk

Hi,

We are not able to access the entity storage from the customer portal app. The use case that we are trying to solve is to extract data from the entity storage to populate the ticket field in the ticket form using predefined mappings. Could you kindly suggest any solution for this?
I have attached the error below.

message : Route not allowed, status : 403
