How to capture call details on call end in Freshcaller

Hello team,
I’m trying to fetch call details on the call end but unfortunately, I’m getting status as 1 on-call answered and call completed. I’m not able to identify when the call ends from the payload. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @soujanya,

Thanks for reaching out. Discussed with Freshcaller team on this. We don’t send call end time in the payload. But, we do have created_time and duration(seconds) in the payload. I hope we can use these fields to calculate the end time. Let me know if you need further details on this.
