I’m trying to fetch call details on the call end but unfortunately, I’m getting status as 1 on-call answered and call completed. I’m not able to identify when the call ends from the payload. Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks for reaching out. Discussed with Freshcaller team on this. We don’t send call end time in the payload. But, we do have
duration(seconds) in the payload. I hope we can use these fields to calculate the end time. Let me know if you need further details on this.
