I have created a CTI app in freshservice. I’ve also configured the URL and callback URL in the settings of the CTI app.
I’ve also enabled click to dial feature in CTI app. As, I click on the phone number in the freshservice, I can see a click_to_dial being invoked in the network tab.
However, I’m not receiving the params in the Callback URL.
How to pass the params to the callback URL from the freshservice?
