How to trigger Freshchat product events in Freshsales suite application

We have been developing an application for the chat that sits in the freshsales suite, previously we have been using the placeholders as “freshworks_crm” and “freshchat” in the manifest file and deployed the application. But now it is not working. And also I have been using the product events onMessageCreate and onConcersationUpdate both are not working in the latest update. We need a urgent resolution on this.
