As with many organizations, ours has several shared mobile devices that get passed between different staff. On mobile devices, it’s more challenging to ensure that one user is signed out of all applications before passing to the next staff member. Microsoft released a solution to this called Shared Device Mode, but it requires app developers to take action for the single sign out functionality to work. It would be helpful if Freshservice were to add this functionality to their mobile app by implementing the MSAL. I’ve linked informational posts from Microsoft Learn below:
