We want to inform you about some upcoming changes to Freshservice API endpoints. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services, we will deprecate the existing “List All Ticket Fields” and “List All Change Fields” API endpoints by February 29, 2024.
The replacements of new API endpoints for them are available and will continue to be operational.
What is impacted?
These are the following API endpoints that are being deprecated.

New API endpoints
To ensure a smooth transition and continued access to these features, we are introducing new endpoints for your convenience. The new endpoints are as follows:
- List All Ticket Fields:
- List All Change Fields:
These new endpoints are already available and will be fully supported after February 29, 2024. We encourage all developers to update their applications to use these new endpoints to avoid any service disruption.
