Reg: Ticket fields API deprecation in FS

Hi Team,

As mentioned in the below post the API is supposed to be deprecated on or after February 29, 2024.

Important API Deprecation Notice for some Freshservice APIs

We want to inform you about some upcoming changes to Freshservice API endpoints. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services, we will deprecate the existing “List All Ticket Fields” and “List All Change Fields” API endpoints by February 29, 2024. The replacements of new API endpoints for them are available and will continue to be operational. What is impacted? These are the following API endpoints that are being deprecated. But as you can see in the attached video, we can see that the ticket_field API is returning 404 response.

So, I’m a little grey here on this topic, can anyone help me out here?
Or contacting the Freshservice team would be the right thing to do?

Hi @Bene_Immanuel ,

The APIs are already deprecated not sure why, but we had built some apps and we already migrated to the latest version.

Please keep in mind that, there are lot of changes in the response format.
