Integrate chosen value from "Send and set as ..." dropdown in ticket.sendReply event

Hey there,

as discussed in this thread, there is no option to intercept the status update of a “Send and set as …” action.

So my idea is about to get the information, if the agent has decided for “Send and set as …” already in the ticket.sendReply event.

With that information, you could decide on further actions according to the ticket status, which will be set after sending the reply (e.g. intercept reply plus status update).

Anyone to see this as a valuable feature aswell?
