Issue with intercept event in conversation_user_info frontend placeholder

Reporting an issue with the intercept event in conversation_user_info placeholder within chat_conversation module.

I’m using the intercept method to intercept the conversation.onResolveClick event.
It works when the Resolve button is clicked above the conversation.

However, when the conversation property is updated as resolved in the conversation sidebar, the intercept method callback is never called.

Issue with interrupt event in chat_conversation

This acts like a bypass to update the status without honouring the apps that have registered for the intercept callback.

Can we have this fixed, please?
