List all Solution Categories is not in correct order

When using the API and listing solution categories there doesn’t seem to be a way to get them in the correct order. The API sends the id and dates but not “sort order”.

Are we missing something or is this a feature that is missing?

Hi @henrikhargedahl,

In Freshdesk, by default, the “created_at” field is involved in sorting the list for tickets. I’m not sure about the Solution Categories. Could you share the created dates of some of the records that you see in the order and share if they are sorted in a particular order or not?
