Missing ticket status in End-User application Data Method


I’m trying to get the ticket information in end-user application using the Data Method Doc Link. But when testing it, the ticket status was not returned. I can only get “status_label” property of the ticket:


Is there a configuration or setting need to be changed in order to get the ticket “status” property?

Could you please share the snippet you’re using to fetch the ticket data?

Also, to confirm, are you trying to get the ticket status?

It seems to be working as expected from my end. Kindly check the screenshot below for reference, where the response shows the status and the status label too.
