Multiple issues with custom apps (publishing stuck, not all apps listed)

There seems to be some issue with custom apps at the moment, at least in our account.

I have today tried to update three different custom apps in our platform and they have all gotten stuck in the “Publish in progress”-state. The oldest one has been stuck for over an hour now.

In addition, we currently have 10 custom apps in our developer account, but only two of them show up in the list of custom apps from (in this case) Freshdesk → Admin → Apps → Manage Apps → Custom. The rest of the 8 custom apps still work, but are not listed in the custom apps list, meaning we can not manage/configure them.

Is there some general issue with Freshworks right now or do we have an issue with our account?

Seems to have resolved now, our custom apps were finally published after about 12-13 hours, but new versions seem to publish right away :+1:

The other issue I had with the custom apps not showing up under “Manage Apps” was unrelated. After looking a bit closer I saw that it listed custom apps from another freshworks product (Freshchat). So finally I had to clear all browser data for freshdesk, freshworks, freshchat, freshcaller and so on, and then login again to solve the issue.
