Hi team

Quick question:

If an event is being triggered from an external event such as Azure AD. This is NOT going to trigger the product events onUserCreate or onUserUpdated?

Thanks for your patience while we responded about this query.

If you take a look at Freshchat events with onUser, they would be invoked whenever the user has been created/updated on Freshchat, if an external event is invoking it then it may be consumed by the custom app to use APIs to create the user on Freshchat to sync from Azure AD or the external system/ middleware would need to create the user on Freshchat when creating on Azure AD.
