Permission issue: “Assume Identity” permissions don't work

I am trying to use “Assume Identity” permissions in order to post a note under a ticket via an api request.

When i do the POST request to the “tickets/xxxx/reply” endpoint, I get the following response:

HTTP error: 403: You are not authorized to perform this action on behalf of this user.

Is there any other permission missing to complete this action?

I found the “Assume Identity” permissions solution in the following topic:

Assume Identity feature is plan-restricted. So, please check if your account plan supports it.

Also, Assume Identity cannot be used with users in certain higher roles. Please check the same and ensure the users are not one of the listed roles.
