Hi Team,
I was trying to associate an asset to the ticket in Freshservice. The corresponding “Ticket Update” Product event is not getting triggered.
I even tried for other default filed updates but the product event was not triggered.
The app (id : 37517 ) was working fine when simulating the product events but not when uploaded as a custom app.

Thanks for reporting. Could you attach the app manifest file and server.js structure? Please remove any sensitive or non-required code inside the functions.
