Hi Everyone,
We are working with the fresh desk to be able to bring some of the issues in Sync with FreshService on the Engineering SDLC, so we develop a Custom App.
But when we are trying to publish on your developer portal inside of our organisation, not only we can’t see the progress of the App Information and Support Details as you can see on the screenshot below, but when I click on Save and Test, I am not able to see the app on test.
During the checks I can see the app is going to Submission Cancelled, but we are not receiving any email to with reason or not able to see any reason on the portal.
Does anyone can help understand on how to debug this case?
