We are developing a CTI Integration for Freshservice. Freshservice do not have a CTI App placeholder as of now. So CTI cannot be built as an FDK app. Freshservice has an Public app called CTI Framework in which an web application URL(Which built externally and hosted in a middleware) needs to be provided during installation. This CTI Framework app enables the CTI widget in Freshservice.
My query is regarding the deployment. Since the CTI integration is built externally, can it be listed inside Freshworks marketplace or a solution article with the CTI integration link explaining step by step installing process is the only way of deployment?
Can someone please clarify this for me? That will be super helpful to us.
