Ticket create Product event triggered twice on attachments

The product event on ticket creation in Freshservice is getting triggered twice when an attachment is added. This causes duplicate actions. PFB supporting screenshots.


This was not the case before, Let me know the solution to it.

This is happening across every Freshservice instance. Product team from your side has confirmed it as s bug and working on a fix for it.
