"ticket.groupChanged" event is not getting triggered


We have developed a Public app named “Customize from email” which is for Freshdesk, we register “ticket.groupChanged” event for listening to the changes, however even after the app is initialized, when we manually change the group field, the event is not getting triggered and the app is failing to set the appropriate from email address.

Kindly help us with why this event is not getting triggered.Many customers have reported issue regarding this.

Just a tip: You can use the product events if this doesn’t work for you. This is much more efficient.
