We have created a custom app for updating the ticket fields onTicketCreate Trigger
Once the Ticket is created it will be redirected to the Ticket page and meanwhile, the custom app will start to function and the ticket will be updated and only after the agent reloads the page we will be able to see the updated ticket fields. Is there a way to solve this issue? Agent don’t want to reload it
How can we solve this please suggest
