As our complexity gets bigger in Freshservice, with multiple workspaces and both global and “local” flows and business rules, it would be benefitial to be able to test the workflows (like in Microsoft PowerAutomate) to adjust for duplicate triggers, cross functional challenges etc.
In Sandbox you are not able to test all functionality due to certain limitations, so some workflows must be created in production. Multiple times we have had workflows just stop working without knowing why - sometimes just a bug, sometimes by conflicting workflows and sometimes because of priority changes when editing workflows.
