Entity storage supported plans

Hi Guys,

Could you please let me know from which plan the entity storage is supported in Freshservice?

I am unable to find this information in the Freshservice documentation.

I checked the community posts, and some mentioned that it is supported starting from the Enterprise plan, while others mentioned that it is supported in both the Forest and Enterprise plans.

Kindly help me with this.

If you check the post below, it mentions that entity storage is supported starting from the Enterprise plan: Community Post 1

However, another post states that both the Forest and Enterprise plans include this support: Community Post 2

Could you please clarify which plans include support for entity storage?

Entity Storage is available in Pro and Enterprise plans for Freshservice.
