Freshcaller routing automation function log not visible

Continuing the discussion from Freshcaller Custom App Log Not visible:

App log not visible on the app settings page. I could see the routing working as expected based on the input and output but logs are not visible.

I am using the sample code provided by Freshcaller.

Hi @Gopi_Krishnan,

Please check if the routing automation is correctly triggering the action from this app and check if the right case is triggered in the workflow. If it didn’t trigger the app, there will not be any logs for the app.

If it happened for sure, please create a support ticket and our team can troubleshoot and confirm if there’s an issue.
