Getting "Invalid OAuth access token." while ticket update but it works for on conversation create event when hitting zoho project api

while installing app ticket update works fine but after some time if access token expires means getting invalid oauth only for ticket update event. But in conversation create it gets refreshed using refresh token to regenerate access token for every one hour but its not happening for ticket update event.
