Hide freshdesk custom app to certain agents

Hi Team,
is it possible to hide Freshdesk custom app and make available for some selected agents/users only ?

Unfortunately, we can’t able to hide/show based on the agent/user roles. You can find one of the alternative solutions for your use case in the below ticket, Please check If the alternative approach works for you.

Hide custom apps, based on user ID, Group ID or roles

@Octopus, Unfortunately, there are no such features to hide/show based on the agent/user roles. if the admin installed the app, it will be available to all the agents. Hope it helps Thanks
