Is there any event to capture requester creation in Freshservice. Based on the requester creations I need to store the count in a custom field.

Hi @soujanya,

There’s no specific product event available for requester creation. The onTicketCreate event provides the details of the requester as well.
Please check if it’s possible to use the created_at field under request object in the payload, for your use-case?

I have one use case in fresh service, if contact creation occurs need to update a contact custom field, is there any alternative way to this?
