Hi! We are working on a custom app and need event triggers on problem and change create ( like onTicketCreate ) . We have gone through the previous answers in the community like Does the Freshservice onTicketCreate event cover Changes and Problems creation?.
However, this solution does not work for us and we would need the trigger on create specifically.please advise if this feature is now available / how we can go out getting the triggers
