In 2022, on our 2nd anniversary, we introduced several initiatives that would amplify how the developers connected and collaborated within the Freshworks Developer Ecosystem. All the initiatives enabled better collaborations and helped us receive feedback, provide the right support and help developers build on the Freshworks Developer Platform.
One of the many initiatives we kick-started this year was the Freshworks Monthly Community Hours!
For those who don’t know, the Community hours is a monthly virtual catch-up that allows developers to connect and learn more from the experts within the community and understand the Freshworks Developer Platform better.
We hosted a total of ten sessions and covered multiple topics around building apps on the Freshworks developer platform, Crayons v3, Entity Storage, End-User Apps, Server Method Invocation (SMI), and many more.
Thank you everyone for the massive and overwhelming response to the Community Hours series. This shows how strong the Freshworks Developers community is and that’s what we want to continue building.
